We hold ourselves to a simple standard: a customer should always know what they are subscribed to, what it costs, when it renews and how to cancel. Every charge we place is traceable to a product, a plan and a confirmation.

Because acquiring is primarily in-house, billing questions are answered by the company that placed the charge, not passed back to the product owner. Where a product category requires Stripe or another PSP, we still manage the relationship, routing and reconciliation ourselves.
